SHIPPING and CHECKOUT FLOW
Ordering on myPhoneMate.com is very simple. You have to simply follow the below steps:
- Add products to your cart
- View the cart to confirm your order and click on checkout
- Fill in the required details and select your preferred payment method i.e. online via PayTM/CashFree or Cash on Delivery
- Complete payment or hit submit to receiver the order confirmation
- Once the order has been processed from our end, you will receive the tracking details and the order will be marked complete.
myPhoneMate offers to ship on flat rates or free shipping on all orders. Order dispatch takes 24-48 hours for popular models but it may take up to 5 working days, depending upon the model of phone for which the case is ordered.
Customers usually receive their cases within 4 or 5 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for more remote locations. If you have any questions about
RETURNS and REFUND
Reverse pick up charges and re-forward shipping charges to be paid by the customer in case of wrong cover ordered by the customer or incorrect delivery address. myPhoneMate only offers a full/partial refund or replacement only in case of damaged products or wrong items shipped by us other than what has been ordered.
In case of a wrong model or design ordered by mistake from the customer side, a return and replacement will be done at an additional cost of Rs. 120 which will be consist of reverse and forward shipping charges and will be strictly borne by the customer only.
